2019年1月29日,GIA教学法培训会如期举行。历时一天紧张的会议培训,令大家学习到了GIA的学术发展及悠久历史。并对GIA实际教学方法的开展进行了深刻思考。
After a day of intensive conference training, we learned the academic development and long history of GIA, and deeply considered the development of GIA practical teaching methods.
培训会在Rebecca博士的组织下,宛然便是一堂完美的示范课。
The training seminar, organized by Dr. Rebecca, was a perfect demonstration course.
期间包含了小组讨论、头脑风暴以及KWL的实践教学方法。其中双语教学的现有问题以及如何改进的话题引起了大家的深层讨论。
It included group discussion, brainstorming and practical teaching methods of KWL.
Among them, the existing problems of bilingual teaching and the topic of how to improve them have aroused deep discussion.
在培训的最后,李皓辰先生、Rebecca博士、校长杨晓华女士共同提到一个话题,学生的学习效果需要数据的支持和体现,要严格做好每一名学生的学习进度监测及大数据收集。
At the end of the training, Mr. Li Haochen, Dr. Rebecca and Principal Yang Xiaohua, mentioned that the students’ learning effect needed the support and reflection of the data. We should strictly monitor the learning progress of each student and collect the big data.
杨校长在培训会中谈了三点意义:一是谈到虽然我们是中国的教师,当然也包括外籍教师,大家都应该努力成为地球村的教师,把GIA优秀的教学法运用到目前的教学中,让孩子们开放、自主、有规则的学习。
In the training meeting,Principal Yang talked about three points:First,although we are Chinese teachers,including foreign teachers,we should all strive to become teachers in the global village,apply the GIAteaching methods to the current teaching,so that children can learn openly,autonomously and regularly.
二是通过今天的“头脑风暴”,大家都要有一个意识,那就是不断提高、提炼、提升做国际化教师价值。我们每一位老师都有机会拿到美国教师资格证,这是我们现在应该努力的。
三是在十几年、几十年后,我们培养的学生有理由成为具有适应未来世界挑战,具有健康人格的人。
Second, through today's "brainstorming", we all need to have a sense, that is, to continuously improve, refine and enhance our teachers’ value. Every teacher has a chance to get an American teacher's certificate. That's what we should do now.
Third,after more than ten years and decades,the students we train should become people with healthy personality and adapt to the challenges of the future world.
一天的培训收获满满,相信每位参会的教师,都对自己有了更清晰的定位,也对未来有了更明确的目标。
One day's training is full of fruits. I believe that every teacher who attended the meeting had a clearer orientation for himself and a clearer goal for the future.
