教师乃教育质量之本，这早已成为全球教育工作者的共识。合肥常青学校在建校伊始之际，杨晓华校长于8月23日到8月28日期间对老师进行了为期一周的专业培训。为教学质量与学生成长做好充分准备。
At the beginning of the term, in preparing for the teaching quality and students’ development, Principal Mrs. Yang has started a one-week teacher training from August 23th to August 28th.
培训期间，杨晓华校长首先强调学校办学应符合中国国情，让“以人为本”落实在校园的每一个角落，贯穿于课堂内外教育全过程。其次，要有全球人才培养观，彰显中西结合。践行“知行合一，共享地球，以生为本”的办学使命。再次，谈到了一堂好课的八要素，学生学习的过程比结果更重要。
During the training, Principal Mrs. Yang emphasizes that one school should be applicable domestically and implement the concept of ‘human-oriented’ in every corner of the campus and classes.Besides, Principal Mrs talks about the eight elements for a good lesson and she believes that the learning process weights more than the learning outcomes.Hefei IVY implements the GIA assessment system and the guidance learning pattern into every class, so that students’ potential and abilities will be enhanced within the limited 40 mins’ class-time making study more effective and cooperative.
